  If you are purchasing your property in Turkey to rent out as well as using it for your own holidays, you either handle it all yourself or you need to talk to companies like us.

  If you are taking care of it first of all you have to start    with advertising your property in the publications that holiday makers look in most. Then wait for results of that. There will be too much work after that, you have to send everyone information regardless and wait for the results. there is more work and responsibilities to take after a client decides to book. Then there is so much work to do when your clients arrive to your property. But if you have no time to spare for such work here is what we offer

The most important part of renting your property is advertising. We currently do this on some pretty effective holiday publications in UK as well as on world wide web .

Although  each  property does not appear as an individual in any of our advertising in the holiday publications , we feature your villa within our list of villas by describing its general features. Once we get an enquiry about  our Villas we will send them a general information package and let them decide on the most suitable property.

     Clients  look at all aspects and decide whichever Villa is the best one for them. They will choose a Villa by looking to its location, size, looks and rates.

    When they decided on a particular Villa they will receive as much information as they wish on this property.

     We will prepare and send specially prepared computer pages to customers. This will include the information about your Villa with  detailed  photos, amenities nearby, beaches, swimming pools etc.

     When everything is ready and the customer wants to go ahead with the booking, You will receive a copy of the reservations table for your property. This way you will be able to keep a track of your Villa`s bookings.

     You  will be able to reach all our current customers and hundreds of other families previously made enquiries about Villas in Turkey.

    With our websites we are able to reach and inform more and more people everyday.

Your pages will be up and running within a week If you supply us with the pictures and information about your property.

You might not have time to do all the marketing work for your villa, We can take care of all that time consuming work and try to rent your property as many weeks as possible.

  It is all about sparing time to take calls from people and  give them the right information about the country, resort, facilities and your property and than prepare the right paper work, send it to them and chase after them to make sure you achieve  your goal.

   We will do it all for you during the contract. 

   So you will sit back and enjoy your profits !! 

If you are busy enough with your own life and don`t have time to spare for marketing work then why not to leave it all with us. We will handle the Advertising and do all the talking, brochure preparing an sending to clients. Booking process also needs some work and we will do all this for you.

  Here is what we will do for you and our rates for the coming season of 2007

Note:   Advertising and Marketing services provided by Expert Marketing UK . This an UK company and the service is separate to our maintenance service rates.

 Here are some examples for how much you would have to spend if you did your own advertising in UK.

Average 3 monthly linage advertising on a national  or regional  holiday publication in UK  is approx. £125.

* LOOT will charge  £125. for 20 words for 12 weeks for Manchester or London issues separately.

* Daltons Weekly will charge £125 for similar linage advertising for 12 weeks.

* Holiday/Villa magazines have various charges either quarterly or monthly but their rates are at least double the above. You will have to pay per villa magazine  anything between £500 - £1,000 a year.

      Advertising with us will include you to most newspapers, magazines and our web site as well as many other web sites which are custom designed to target Villa holiday clients.

Villa owners who decide on PACKAGE 1 will have to pay the 12 monthly rate of £500  at the start of the contract and the percentages will be deducted from  the  payment for any booking made.( from  either deposit, part payment or balance). These payments to be made to Expert Marketing UK.

      If you took PACKAGE 3 with 25% commission only.

If we have a booking  first two weeks in August for a villa with shared pool and your villa is going for £415 per week .

       Let`s assume client pays the whole amount at once (Normally clients will pay the booking deposit and the balance will  be due 8 weeks prior to their departure).

            * In total we will receive £830   from the client.

            * We will keep £207.50 as our 25% commission

            * You will receive a payment of £622.50 from us .
